Short and Long Term Goals

As I’ve previously mentioned, I intend to leave my current station and pursue another place to grow as a teacher. I don’t know exactly the steps of getting there but I have a draft of the things that I can currently prepare to start taking action.

My fiance was generous enough to help me lay out the things that I must do in order to achieve my plans. He created an individual development plan outline and a list of short and long terms goals that I can follow. It’s always convenient to dissect certain big projects into smaller doable tasks.

Here’s an example of the short-term goal he came up with after discussing it with me.
